Changing the saved attachments permissions

    I have a need to modify the permissions that are used when the save option
    is being used for removed attachments. Currently in my /var/spool/filter
    directory, all saved attachments are created as:

    -rw------- filter filter

    Can someone point me to the code I could change to modify this behavior?
