Why is it that Anomy supports dropping defined extensions, but the F-PROT
documentation specifically says that it can't drop those extensions? Is
there a reason for this, or can I actually get F-PROT to do this by defining
a sanitizer.cfg somewhere?

And yes, the open source nature of Anomy did help me to recommend F-PROT to
the client.
