Not seeing attachments

    I am seeing a problem where an email with an attachment from one specific client is not coming through - the system doesn't even see an attachment. The email works sending to an aol account and even forwarding that email to me - I lose the attachment. I set up my filter like Advosys recommends. Any ideas? Thanks.
