I've now put a ulimit on the CPU time anomy can use to 60 seconds as
there seems to be an infinite loop (or at least NP execution time)
somewhere in the HTML stuff.
If you put the text decoded from below into a mail message and put it
through anomy it takes a very long time to run. The original message
was still running 16 hours later this tiny piece still runs for more
than a couple of minutes on a 600Mhz PC!
NB: You need to remove the ! to decode it.
