I'm using Anomy 1.49. When I send a Japanese email through Anomy with the
following header info
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/html; charset=Shift_JIS
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
It's taking lines in the body of the message, that look like this
<title>Nature Cancer Update ç°èTÇÃì™ñ{åÍÉRÉìÉeÉìÉc</title>
and is translating them to
<title>Nature Cancer Update ???T???u?{???R???e???c</title>
My configuration looks like this
feat_boundaries = 0
feat_files = 1
feat_fixmime = 1
feat_force_name = 0
feat_forwards = 1
feat_html = 0
feat_lengths = 1
feat_log_after = 0
feat_log_inline = 0
feat_log_stderr = 1
feat_log_trace = 1
feat_log_xml = 0
feat_paranoid = 1
feat_scripts = 1
feat_testing = 0
feat_trust_pgp = 0
feat_uuencoded = 1
feat_verbose = 1
feat_webbugs = 1
header_url = 0
header_rev = 0
msg_file_drop =
msg_file_save =
file_list_rules = 1
file_default_policy = save
file_name_tpl = quarantine/att-$F-$T.$$
file_list_1 = .*
file_list_1_scanner = 0:20:24,36:/usr/local/bin/sophos_sweep.sh %FILENAME
file_list_1_policy = accept:save!:save!:save!
Why is Anomy changing bits in the message, and is their a setting I can change
to stop that from happening.
Thanks in advance.
