Did you remember to:
ln -s /usr/lib/majordomo-1.94.5/wrapper /etc/smrsh/wrapper
??
Substitute your majordomo release for /usr/lib/majordomo-1.94.5
I'm REALLY grasping for what my problem was at this point.
