    I forgot to mention a couple of things.

     - The new release is available from the program's home page,
       http://mailtools.anomy.net/.
            
     - The new release includes a new mini-utility which also uses
       the MIMEStream module. This is a MIME "simplifier" which may
       be suitable for mailing lists etc, it removes attachments and
       saves them to files, adding URLs to the message itself. It also
       can strip HTML and/or translate HTML to text via. lynx (or links).
