HOW TO USE ID (Please read)
 
- go to http://ecs.itu.ch/cgi-bin/dms-ebookshop and select "I have already registered..."
- select group of Recommendations (ITU-T, R or D) followed by specific Recommendation, language and format, then "Electronic Bookshop" (as opposed to Online login, reserved for annual subscribers)
 - enter customer ID and password, click on "Submit Form", then "download now !".
 
We appreciate your interest in ITU Publications.  If you experience any difficulties in downloading your Free Recommendations, do not hesitate to contact us via email, stating which 3 Free Recommendations most interest you, and in which language and format you prefer to receive them.
