I have added a patch to allow the use of f-secure for Linux to be used by the contrib./check_for_virus script in Anomy Sanitizer 1.68.

There is also a .php file for those with PHP installed as CGI to regularly clean up the quarantine directory. You simply tell it how many days a quarantined file should be kept for, then add a Cron entry to run the script regularly – I run mine daily.
